You'll see buildings, public and private sculpture indoors and out.
Along Canada's Financial Street called Bay Street are found a wide variety of styles in commercial buildings
ranging from Neo-Classic, to Renaissance Revival, and from Commercial Style to Art Deco. These buildings also reflect historical
periods, geographical source, building methods and cultural determinants as well. All waiting to be experienced. As well Toronto
has many magnificent stone carvings on buildings as well as over 300 public sculptures. Some of these sculptures come from
something deep within the artists themselves, others relate to history or the purpose of a particular location, others still
recall persons or events, all part of Toronto’s heritage. This Toronto Walking Tour last two hours. Tours begin at either 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. Meet in front of Toronto's
Old City Hall at Queen and Bay. Cost $25 each.
