The evening begins with Wine Master Bill Redelmeier who is celebrating 10 years of stellar wine production taking you on an exclusive VIP journey through some of his finest wines. Following the wine tasting you are treated to a delightful buffet dinner at which time all our singles are invited to take a guided tour of the winery. Once you have been enticed by the flavours and smells of the winery you can shop til you drop at their exclusive wine boutique. Finally, our evening tops off with everyone dancing the night away under the stars. So dont waittickets are going fast. Call all your single friends and come out, take a breather and enjoy!

 

Southbrook Winery:

 

In May 1992, the Southbrook Winery opened to the public, with 4,000 cases of wine produced in 1991; in 1992, production went up to 5,000 cases. In its first four years, Southbrooks wines have earned over 50 international medals and trophies, including the 1995 Bordeaux Liquipak Trophy, in New Zealand, for the worlds top fortified wine ­ our unique Framboise. In May 1996, Framboise became the first Ontario wine in history to be carried by Harrods department stores in England.

 

Southbrook Farms has received international recognition for its outstanding products, and as a local winery located in York region (between the communities of Maple and Richmond Hill) it has brought great honour to Canada. In June of 1997 on the occasion of the Royal Visit of Her Majesty The Queen and His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh in the Canadian Room of the Royal York Hotel, Toronto, Southbrook Farms had the privilege of being selected the wine of choice.
