Here are the details that I have just dug up for our ghostly pre Halloween Boo Tour on Sunday Oct 27^th of Mt Pleasant Cemetery. We will be meeting at 10 a.m. for our tour of Mt Pleasant Cemetery. We will gather at the Yonge Street gated entrance located at 1643 Yonge St. If you are driving you can park on the Street or within the grounds. If you are taking the subway get off at the St Clair subway stop, and walk north 2 and ½ blocks to the gated entrance.

You'll find out about the difference between graveyards, garden cemeteries and memorial parks. Become aware of whose who of who is buried in Mt. Pleasant from Timothy Eaton, to the S.S. Noronic victims. Discover what the ancient symbols are on older memorials. Hear about various burial practices of our multicultural community. Finally you'll enjoy the trees and shrubs that make up one of the finest tree collections in North American.
