THE NIAGARA RIVER RECREATION TRAIL
The Niagara River Recreation trail, a paved asphalt trail used for walking, jogging, biking, wheelchairs, in-line skating, et. Runs parallel to the Niagara River from Fort Erie to Fort George at Niagara-on-the-Lake. The entire trail covers 56 kilometer or 35 miles. Biking from Queenston to either south to Niagara Falls or north to Niagara-on-the-Lake is less than 10 miles and should take between a half hour to an hour.
